How to make a printable calendar
Choose a year, Monthly calendar or Yearly calendar, Sunday or Monday as the first weekday, and A4 or Letter paper. Page direction controls the complete output: Portrait makes a taller PDF and Landscape makes a wider PDF. Create calendar draws the matching preview below the editor and enables a real PDF download.
Monthly and yearly layouts
Monthly mode uses one seven-column grid with large day cells. Yearly mode fits all twelve month grids onto one page. In landscape, the yearly view uses three columns and four rows; in portrait, it uses two columns and six rows so the content follows the chosen paper shape.
Two practical examples
For a kitchen wall calendar, choose October 2026, Monday, A4 and Portrait. For a wide yearly overview, choose 2027, Sunday, Letter and Landscape. The preview changes proportions before you download, so you can compare the two directions without printing.
Date accuracy and print boundaries
Month lengths, weekday positions and Gregorian leap years are calculated from the selected year. The same drawing is embedded into the PDF, so the preview, page direction and downloaded dates agree. The supported year range is 1900–2100.
Download, privacy and limitations
The PDF is generated locally in this tab. No account, holiday database, cloud calendar, reminders or synchronization is used. A4 and Letter control physical page size while Portrait and Landscape control direction. Print at Actual size or 100% when margins matter.
Frequently asked questions
Are holidays included? No, because they vary by place and rules. Can monthly and yearly pages both be landscape? Yes. Can I add appointments? No; this is a clean fixed calendar, not a scheduling app. Does the PDF include site controls or ads? No, only the calendar drawing is embedded.
