How to convert images to PDF

Choose several JPG or PNG files, arrange them with Up and Down, rotate any page, then choose paper, orientation and margin. The preview appears below the editor in the same order used by the PDF. Select Create PDF only when the order and settings are correct; the yellow Download PDF button then saves a real PDF file rather than opening the browser print dialog.

    Page size, proportion and transparency

A4 and Letter pages keep every photo proportional and center it inside the chosen margin. Auto orientation uses landscape for a wide photo and portrait for a tall or square photo. Fit to image creates a page with the photo’s own aspect ratio at 96 pixels per inch. Rotation happens before fitting. PNG transparency is placed on white because PDF pages do not have a checkerboard background.

    Two practical examples

For four phone photos, choose all four at once, move the cover photo to the top, rotate any sideways image, keep Auto orientation and Small margin, then create a four-page PDF. For two scanned receipts with different proportions, choose Fit each page to its image and None; each PDF page follows its own image shape without cropping.

    Limits and troubleshooting

The converter accepts up to 12 JPG or PNG files, 15 MB per file, 60 MB total and 80 megapixels per decoded image. These limits reduce browser memory failures. A damaged image, unsupported WebP or HEIC file, or an image beyond the pixel limit is rejected without deleting the valid queue. If a narrow margin leaves no usable page area, change the margin or paper option.

    Download and privacy

Processing happens locally in this tab. No account, upload, OCR, scan cleanup, signature or existing-PDF editing is included. The output preserves the displayed order but does not preserve camera metadata. Review the downloaded PDF before sharing or printing, especially when physical margins matter.

    Frequently asked questions

Does this crop photos? No. Images scale down proportionally and unused page area remains white. Can pages use different orientations? Auto decides per photo; a forced orientation applies to every page. Why is transparent PNG space white? White is deliberately drawn behind transparency for predictable PDF output. Can I add an existing PDF? No; use the separate PDF merge tool. Is the preview the file? It represents order, rotation and proportion, while the downloaded PDF contains the full rendered pages.
