Printable Halloween coloring pages: choose your picture
Print Halloween coloring pages featuring jack-o’-lanterns, ghosts, bats and other spooky scenes for a classroom activity, a party table or a quiet afternoon.
These twelve original black-and-white drawings are ready for crayons, colored pencils or markers on paper. Choose the picture you like; each has open areas and its own Halloween details to color. The preview shows the complete page you will take away.
Click a picture to select it. You can also use Tab to reach the pictures and the arrow keys to move between them. Choosing another drawing keeps your paper, orientation, margin and size settings. There is no account, image upload or separate drawing program to open.
Fit the drawing to your paper
Select A4 or Letter and portrait or landscape. The picture keeps its proportions and stays centered. Landscape changes the sheet, not the orientation of the objects inside the drawing. White space can therefore be larger on two sides of the image; this prevents stretching or cropping.
Margin is the minimum blank border around the page, from 5 to 30 mm. Picture size is a percentage of the largest image that fits inside that border, from 25 to 100%. It is not the printer’s scale. The dimensions below the preview describe the full drawing area in centimeters, including the small white breathing space inside the artwork. Decimal points and decimal commas are accepted.
Two examples to try
For a large coloring sheet, select Pumpkin harvest, A4, portrait, a 10 mm margin and 100% picture size. The drawing area is 19 × 24.07 cm, centered on the sheet. The lines remain black and the spaces remain white; nothing has to be colored on screen first.
For a smaller activity on the same paper, choose Trick-or-treat ghost and change picture size to 50%, keeping the 10 mm margin. The drawing area becomes 9.5 × 12.03 cm. Switch between those two pictures to see that paper settings stay unchanged. These examples use the actual drawings and the same sizing rules as the preview and print output.
Print a sheet or save a PDF
Use Print / save PDF after checking the preview. The browser opens its print dialog. Choose the matching paper size and orientation, turn off browser headers and footers, and use 100% or actual size. To keep a file instead of printing immediately, choose Save as PDF if your browser offers it. The output contains the drawing on a white sheet, without the gallery, buttons or this guide.
The page can request a sheet size, but it cannot override your printer settings or its unprintable edges. If a printer clips the outer lines, increase the margin and preview again. Canceling the dialog leaves your selection intact; you can adjust the settings and print again. For a class or party, select each desired drawing and print it separately. This tool produces one selected picture per page, not a combined coloring book.
Keep your selection and start again
Your selection and settings are saved locally in this browser when storage is available. Returning here or changing the interface language can restore the same work. This is not cloud storage or a file backup, and clearing browser data removes it. A storage message tells you when the browser cannot save.
Clear removes the selected picture and numeric size settings while keeping your paper format and orientation. Choose a new picture to begin with the normal margin and size again. A blank or out-of-range number disables printing instead of exporting an old preview. Correct the field to see the current page.
Can I color the picture online?
This tool prepares pictures for coloring on paper. It does not include a painting editor or turn uploaded photos into coloring pages. Select, size and print a drawing, then color the printed sheet.
Will the PDF contain the page controls?
No. The print action uses the same drawing and dimensions as the preview in a separate print sheet. Browser headers and footers come from your print dialog; turn them off there.
Why does the drawing look smaller in landscape?
The original artwork is taller than it is wide. Keeping those proportions on a shorter landscape sheet leaves more blank space at the sides. Choose portrait or reduce the margin if you want a larger drawing.
Can I print a different picture without resetting the page?
Yes. Select its thumbnail. Your paper and size settings are retained, and both the preview and the next print use the newly selected drawing. No old drawing should remain in the print output.
Can these pages be used as pumpkin carving stencils?
These are Halloween coloring outlines, with enclosed shapes intended to be filled with color. They are not connected cutting patterns. Use the separate Pumpkin carving stencils page for cut-out areas, retained supports and actual-size printing.
