How to use
Measure the larger hand without squeezing the tape. Keep fingers together and relaxed. Do not use palm width as circumference. Optionally measure length with a ruler; this helps compare a product’s own finger and hand-length guidance, but it does not alter the size rows here.
Choose centimeters or inches, enter your measured value and select Find my size. Decimal points and commas are accepted. Changing units converts your current measurement. Editing a value or changing a selection clears the confirmed Result and Copy state. Copy result includes the measurement, reference and interpretation. Clear removes your values; muted examples return when you leave an empty example field.
How to read the result
EU uses the EN numeric hand-size reference; US/UK use traditional inch-based numbers; JP uses whole-cm labels. Rows follow size-label increments in each system. Additional sizes are inserted between rows; — means no corresponding label at that reference point. Measurements are rounded to 0.1 cm; these are comparison points, not fit ranges.
Examples
20.32 cm → 8 (8 in). 22 cm → between 8 and 9 (8.66 in). Hand length is recorded separately.
Questions about fit
How is hand length used?
Length is shown in cm/in for comparison with the product guide. It does not change circumference-based rows.
Is this US-only?
No. It is the traditional inch-based numeric convention, not a universal country conversion. Compare your actual cm/in measurements with the local product guide.
What if I am between sizes?
The two adjacent rows are comparison points, not a recommendation to always size up or down. Material, lining and finger proportions matter; try the product and check its own guidance.
Does this cover sports gloves?
No baseball, softball or boxing sizing is included. This page compares general hand measurements and does not assess protective performance or whether a glove is suitable for a hazard.
