Build a useful journey map
Choose one customer or persona and one scenario. A broad audience or several goals makes the map harder to interpret.
Edit the stages from top to bottom. Add a stage below the list and use the up/down buttons to reorder it. The result places the stages side by side for comparison.
Mark each stage as research-based or an assumption. Interviews, field studies, support logs, surveys, and analytics can inform a map, but the tool does not collect or infer that evidence.
Review each stage’s pain points and write a concrete improvement. Use those opportunities to decide what to research next.
About the output
The map uses the stages and content from the editor. On mobile, stages appear as a vertical list. Print the map from the result section.
